About Katie Daly
Born and raised in Co. Laois, Katie Daly is a director and estate agent at Hogan Estates. Katie joined Hogan Estates in 2011. She has Higher Cert (Distinction) in Real Estate from Technical University Dublin (Tallaght Institute of Technology) and holds Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons) Degree in Design specialising in Interior Architecture from the Dublin Institute of Technology, other qualifications include Certificate in Autocad, Certificate in Access Auditing, Certificate in Business and Office Management.
She is also qualified as an access auditor. Katie has 22 years experience in property management, estate agency and architectural design. After her first year with Hogan Estates, she became a director and part owner of Hogan Estates in 2012 and is primarily involved in residential sales and valuations.
Her education and experience in design, planning, construction and engineering, project co ordination, and with her creative eye she helps clients to show their properties at their best and her main business objective is customer satisfaction.
Katie is an established amateur artist, mainly focusing on portrait art and macro art, she has sold many of her art pieces, and is experienced in setting up, managing and taking park in art exhibitions in aid of charity.
